The families of three Britons killed in the French Alps plane disaster have spoken of their devastating loss.

Those who died in the Germanwings' Airbus A320 crash included seven-month-old Julian Pracz-Bandres from Manchester who was killed alongside his mother Marina Bandres Lopez Belio, aged 37, originally from Spain.

Senior quality manager Martyn Matthews, aged 50, from Wolverhampton - who worked at Tipton, also lost his life on the ill-fated Barcelona to Dusseldorf flight, along with Paul Andrew Bramley, aged 28, originally from Hull, who was studying hotel management in Lucerne, Switzerland.

The UK and Scottish Governments have apologised to NHS patients infected with hepatitis C and HIV from contaminated blood during the 1970s and 1980s.

Prime Minister David Cameron also confirmed £25 million of funding to improve financial support for the victims of the contaminated blood scandal.
