PEOPLE across the borough are invited to a spring fair to help raise money for Age Concern Stourbridge & Halesowen.

Taking place from 10.30am on Saturday April 25 at Age Concern's Elton Centre, off St John’s Road, Stourbridge, the event aims to raise awareness of the services available at the centre and raise cash to support the activities held there for elderly people from across Stourbridge and Halesowen.

There will be a host of stalls selling cakes, toys and games, books, nearly new items, jewellery, brick-a-brac and cards. There'll also be a raffle, tombola, bottle stall and other competitions.

Money raised will help the charity to continue to promote the wellbeing and good health of the area's elderly population, as well as helping to fight discrimination and unfair treatment and ensure lives continue to be fulfilled and enjoyed regardless of age.

Admission to the spring fair is 30p.
