OLDSWINFORD pub the Seven Stars will be cooking up a treat for customers over the May bank holiday weekend to mark the first anniversary of the reopening of the iconic hostelry.
Situated close to Stourbridge Junction in Brook Street, the pub - which is managed by Frankie Witts and her brother Matt - will be staging charity barbecues on Saturday May 2 and Sunday May 3.
Money raised will be donated to Stourbridge charities Cal4U and the Chris Westwood Charity.
Cal4U was set up to support paralysed Wollaston teenager Callum Loveridge who suffered serious spinal injuries at the age of 16 after a BMX crash in 2010.
Pedmore based Chris Westwood set up his charity in 2003 to help children in the area with physical disabilities and so far he has dished out more than £250,000 in grants.
