THE following have appeared before Dudley Magistrates Court between May 26 and 29:

Michael David Hickman, aged 26, of Springfield Grove, Sedgley, was fined £220 for drink driving in Kingswinford on February 28. When tested he had 186mgs of alcohol in 100mls of blood. The legal limit is 80mgs. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £44 and £85 court costs.

Michael Westwood, aged 27, of Withymoor Road, Netherton, was fined £560 for drink driving, without insurance in Dudley on April 18. When tested he had 61mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 16 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £28 and £235 court costs.

Claire Louise Carroll, aged 28, of Brambleside, Wordsley, was sent to prison for 36 weeks for stealing items worth £439.99 from stores in Stourbridge and Brierley Hill between April 28 and May 5, while subject to a conditional discharge. She must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £180 court costs.

Alexis Amina Killworth, aged 30, of Merryfield Road, Dudley, was fined £75 for stealing meat worth £40 from Tesco Express, Kingswinford, on April 13. She must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £235 court costs.

Kirk Mark Rutherford, aged 24, of Southbank Road, Cradley Heath, was fined £65 for possessing cannabis in Brierley Hill on April 28. He must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £265 court costs.

Jay Lee Gallier, aged 25, of Bell Street South, Brierley Hill, was given a 12 month community order for possessing amphetamine in Brierley Hill on May 26 and entering a shed in Brierley Hill as a trespasser between May 24 and 26 and stealing items worth £600. He must pay a victim surcharge of £60, compensation of £200 and £265 court costs.

John Hathaway, aged 31, of Brooklands, Wordsley, was discharged conditionally for nine months for stealing vodka, worth £36, from Asda, Brierley Hill, on February 6. He was also fined £35 for failing to surrender to custody at Dudley Magistrates Court on May 22, having been released on bail. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £150 court costs.

Ray Foster, aged 45, of Church Hill, Brierley Hill, was sent to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 18 months, for assaulting a woman in Brierley Hill on August 23, 2014, while subject to a community order. He must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £200 court costs.

Lee David Stokes, aged 21, of The Portway, Kingswinford, was given a three year community order for recording a person doing a private act without their consent, with the intention that another would look at the image for the purpose of sexual gratification, in Gornal on December 5, 2014. He must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £105 court costs.

Coral Anne Jones, aged 25, of Foxdale Drive, Brierley Hill, was fined £100 for causing £200 worth of damage to a window at Samson Lion public house, Brierley Hill, on December 12, 2014. She must pay compensation of £200, a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Tasib Hussain, aged 31, of Surrey Road, Dudley, was fined £175 for possessing cocaine in Dudley on August 18, 2014 and failing to surrender to custody at Dudley Magistrates Court on May 20, having been released on bail. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Andrew Paul Dublin, aged 30, of Badger Street, Lye, was given a nine month community order for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with the intention to cause another harassment, alarm or distress. The offence was racially aggravated. He was given a one month curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 8pm and 7am. He must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £250 court costs.

Sam Smith, aged 22, of Millfield View, Halesowen, was fined £300 for assaulting a woman in Halesowen on November 1, 2014. He must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £250 court costs.

Kevin Anthony Jones, aged 31, of Pearson Street, Stourbridge, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for stealing a mobile phone, worth £500, in Stourbridge on May 11. He must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £235 court costs.

David Whitehouse, aged 50, of Green Lane, Buffery, was fined £300 for assaulting a woman in Sedgley on May 3. He must pay compensation of £50, a victim surcharge of £30 and £235 court costs.

David Frederick Baker, aged 36, of Laurel Road, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for possessing cannabis and amphetamine in Dudley on May 16. He must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £235 court costs.

Jacob Michael Brazier, aged 22, of Caslon Crescent, Norton, was fined £270 for drink driving in Brierley Hill on May 16. When tested he had 50mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £27 and £235 court costs.

Connor William Watkins, aged 18, of Yew Tree Hills, Netherton, was fined £110 for drink driving in Halesowen on May 16. When tested he had 56mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £235 court costs.
