As a regular Tesco shopper I continually get frustrated to find a space to park when doing our weekly shop.
The Tesco car park is full of cars whose owners who have no intention of using Tesco for which it was built, not to enable people to use the Leisure Centre or other amenities.
Tesco built at a huge cost has brought about a rejuvenated Stourbridge Town Centre and prosperity to the town with the now two hours’ free parking.
I find the remarks made by Margo James that the two-hour parking will not increase the footfall to Tesco is without foundation and quite frankly childish. Perhaps it will also stop the mindless idiots who walk up the car entrance and park elsewhere.
