A CRASH between two cars caused traffic chaos this morning as drivers were travelling into and away from Stourbridge.
Two vehicles came together on Bridgnorth Road outside Stourbridge RFC’s Stourton Park ground causing motorists to come to a stand-still.
West Midlands Ambulance Service dispatched a community paramedic and a rapid response vehicle to the junction with Wollaston Road at about 8.10am.
An ambulance service spokesman said an ambulance was also set for dispatch but was called away from route before its arrival as the crash was not deemed to be serious by the paramedics on scene.
The spokesman said no one involved in the crash suffered from injuries, but two men and a child were given a check-up by the paramedics.
The crash caused rush hour traffic mayhem along the busy road, with cars bumper-to-bumper back onto the Wolverhampton Road at the Stewponey and the same the other way from the crash site back into Wollaston.
