The UKIP leader’s arrival in his battle bus – with the theme tune from the Great Escape blaring from the speakers – was greeted by huge crowds of cheering and clapping supporters who had gathered in the town’s Market Place on Tuesday morning (May 24).

WEST Mercia Police have confirmed that the A448 Bromsgrove Highway is likely to be closed for most of the day, after live cables came down onto the road.

Both the Bromsgrove Highway, and the B4181 toward Tardebigge were closed down earlier this morning after electricity cables became detached and came down over the road.

DOZENS of Black Country schoolchildren and their teachers escaped a coach that had caught fire as it travelled on a busy motorway.

The coach burst into flames while it was travelling on the M6 northbound at junction 3a at about 3.40pm on Monday afternoon (May 23).

A BUILDING has been damaged in Kidderminster after a car ploughed into it today (May 24).

The incident happened at around 4.10pm this afternoon in Clensmore Street.
