THE following appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court between May 20 and 26:

Keelan Gee Simpson, aged 20, of Stonehouse Lane, Quinton, was fined £200 for possessing cocaine in Halesowen on May 1. He must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £185 court costs.

Dalawar Singh, aged 44, of Spring Parklands, Dudley, was fined £300 for drink driving in Dudley on March 19. When tested, he had 68mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Paul Mark Sutton, aged 45, of Lawnsdown Road, Quarry Bank, was given a seven month community order for possessing diamorphine in Quarry Bank on January 4. He was given a four week curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £185 court costs.

James Lee Power, aged 28, of Hartlebury Road, Oldbury, was sent to prison for 196 days for stealing items, worth £669.61, from shops in Oldbury and Brierley Hill between April 28 and May 19. He was also sentenced for failing to comply with supervision requirements. He must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Brandan Slater, aged 21, of Molyneux Road, Dudley, was fined £250 for drink driving in Stourbridge on May 8. When tested, he had 75mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Lorraine Bunn, aged 47, of Calewood Road, Quarry Bank, was fined £220 for drink driving in Brierley Hill on May 8. When tested, he had 96mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. She was disqualified from driving for two years and must pay a victim surcharge of £22 and £135 court costs.

Darren John Little, aged 42, of North Street, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for causing £400 worth of damage to a door in Dudley on May 22. He must pay compensation of £400, a victim surcharge of £20 and £135 court costs.

Marian Raducan, aged 30, of Century Road, Oldbury, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for stealing an iPhone 6 in Kingswinford on January 20. He must pay compensation of £50, a victim surcharge of £20 and £135 court costs.

Malcolm J Furber, aged 51, of Booth Court, Brierley Hill, was fined £125 for speeding in Dudley on August 6, 2015. He was given three penalty points and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £250 court costs.

Maureen Sheree Harlow, aged 40, of Hillside Road, Wrens Nest, was fined £110 for speeding in Dudley on August 8, 2015 and failing to stop when required to do so by a police officer. She was given three penalty points and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £100 court costs.

David John Handley, aged 47, of Fens Crescent, Brockmoor, was given a three month community order for stealing statues, from Plugs and Plants Garden Centre, Brierley Hill, on May 10. He was given a three week curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 9pm and 6am. He must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £185 court costs.

Lee James Radford, aged 37, of Church Ward Close, Stourbridge, was fined £220 for causing £500 worth of damage to a window, window frame and child’s scooter, in Stourbridge on April 6. He must pay compensation of £110.12, a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Mark Royston Barry Tinsley, aged 34, of Wolverhampton Street, Dudley, was sent to prison for 10 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for assaulting a person in Wolverhampton on March 19 and failing to comply with supervision requirements. He was also sentenced for failing to surrender to custody at Dudley Magistrates Court on May 24, having been released on bail. He was fined £300 and must pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £80 and £620 court costs.

Anthony John Fowkes, aged 32, of Seven Acres Road, Halesowen, was sent to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months, for assaulting a woman in Halesowen on February 10. He must pay compensation of £500, a victim surcharge of £80 and £135 court costs.

Jarrad Junior Melbourne, aged 33, of Cromwell Drive, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for causing £500 worth of damage to a door in Halesowen on May 19 and failing to surrender to custody at Dudley Magistrates Court on March 3, having been released on bail. He must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £100 court costs.

Jade Suzanne Waterworth, aged 21, of Heathcliffe Road, Dudley, was given a six month community order for stealing items, worth £181.98, from shops in Brierley Hill on March 15 and May 18 and having a foil lined bag in her possession, for use in the course or in connection with theft, in Brierley Hill on May 18, while subject to a conditional discharge. She was also sentenced for failing to surrender to custody at Dudley Magistrates Court on April 4, having been released on bail. She was fined £50 and must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £270 court costs.

Deborah Jayne Rose, aged 47, from Stourbridge, was given a six month community order for failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis during the course of an investigation into whether she had committed an offence in Lye on May 11. She was disqualified from driving for three years and must pay a fine of £200, a victim surcharge of £85 and £135 court costs.
