THE following appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court between July 1 and 7:

Emma Williams, aged 36, of Kirkham Gardens, Pensnett, was given a 12 month community order for driving in Brierley Hill whilst unfit through drink, on April 23. She was disqualified from driving for 24 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £85, £135 court costs and carry out 80 hours unpaid work.

Stuart Neil Williams, aged 37, of Gibbs Road, Lye, was sent to prison for 24 weeks for stealing alcohol, worth £2,256, from shops in Dudley and Brierley Hill on June 23 and 24. He was also sentenced for failing to provide a non-intimate sample to ascertain whether he had a class A drug in his body, in Oldbury on June 30. He must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Anthony James Burns, aged 50, of Blowers Green Road, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for stealing socks, worth £14.42, from Aldi, Brierley Hill, on June 27. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20.

Jay Lee Gallier, aged 26, of Vicarage Road, Blackheath, was sent to prison for 16 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for stealing meat, worth £35, from Farm Foods, Brierley Hill, on May 19, and a rug, worth £40, from Adam’s Carpets, Brierley Hill, on June 15. He must pay compensation of £35 and a victim surcharge of £115.

Damien Victor Gwilliams, aged 32, of Four Winds Road, Dudley, was fined £400 for drink driving in Brierley Hill on June 28. When tested, he had 83mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 21 months and must pay £135 court costs and a victim surcharge of £40.

Wayne Geoffrey Jeavons, aged 36, of Coxs Lane, Cradley Heath, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for stealing a George Foreman grill, worth £39.99, from BHS, Oldbury, on June 18. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £135 court costs.

Justine Ruth Stanislaus-Palmer, aged 27, of Adelaide Street, Brierley Hill, was fined £300 for drink driving in Brierley Hill on June 18. When tested, she had 78mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. She was also sentenced for failing to stop after an accident. She was disqualified from driving for 20 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Paul Northall, aged 41, of White City Road, Quarry Bank, was sent to prison for one month for stealing aftershaves, worth £333.96, from Debenhams, Brierley Hill, on July 3. He must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Jane Kathleen Slater, aged 38, of Chaucer House, Colley Gate, was sent to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months, for stealing meat, worth £44, from Waitrose, Stourbridge, on April 18. She was given an eight week curfew and for the duration must remain at her home address between 7pm and 7am. She must pay compensation of £44, a victim surcharge of £115 and £200 court costs.

Nathan Anthony Round, aged 26, of Wavell Road, Quarry Bank, was fined £40 for being drunk and disorderly in Brockmoor on June 7. He must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Gary Edward Doyle, aged 45, of Church Street, Cradley Heath, was fined £500 for driving while disqualified in Cradley Heath, on April 23. He was disqualified from driving for three months and must pay a victim surcharge of £50 and £135 court costs.

Todd Ellis Hickman, aged 19, of Haden Park Road, Cradley Heath, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for possessing cannabis in Stourbridge on February 12. He must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £185 court costs.

Wayne William Hickman, aged 30, of Cochrane Road, Holly Hall, was fined £250 for drink driving in Dudley, without a licence or insurance, on June 18. When tested, he had 59mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for three years and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Ewa Rybicka, aged 51, of High Street, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for stealing a skirt, worth £2.99, from Salvation Army Store, Dudley, on May 11. She must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £135 court costs.

Mark Bentley, aged 48, of Norwood Avenue, Cradley Heath, was sent to prison for 16 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for using violence to secure entry into premises in Halesowen, knowing that there was someone present who opposed to said entry, on January 15. He must pay compensation of £750, a victim surcharge of £80 and £250 court costs.
