THE following appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court between July 8 and 14:

Shaun Alex Boyce, aged 32, of Rosemary Crescent, Dudley, was fined £370 for drink driving in Dudley on June 25. When tested, he had 69mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £37 and £135 court costs.

Marciella Lawrence, aged 42, of Wolverley Crescent, Oldbury, was fined £250 for drink driving in Halesowen on June 25. When tested she had 81mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. She was disqualified from driving for 40 months and pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Jodie Dawn Louise Westwood, aged 33, of Wrens Hill Road, Dudley, was given a 12 month community order for stealing items, worth £37.85, from Card Factory, Dudley, on June 22, while subject to a conditional discharge. She must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £135 court costs.

Frankie Michael O’Donnell, aged 30, of Chestnut Avenue, Dudley, was given a nine month community order for stealing coffee and deodorant, worth £9.23, from BP, Coseley, on May 16, while subject to a conditional discharge. He must pay compensation of £9.23, a victim surcharge of £85 and £135 court costs.

Eddie Raybould, aged 45, of Yew Tree Road, Netherton, was discharged conditionally for 12 months, for stealing food, worth £3 from Singhbury’s Select, West Bromwich, on April 26. He must pay compensation of £3, a victim surcharge of £20 and £135 court costs.

Robert James Slim, aged 34, of Tree Acre Grove, Halesowen, was given a 12 month community order for stealing items worth £97.60, from shops in Brierley Hill, Dudley and Stourbridge between May 25 and June 5, failing to provide a non-intimate sample to ascertain whether he had a class A drug in his body on June 21 and taking a car without the owner’s consent in Brierley Hill on June 12 and driving without insurance. Slim was also sentenced for making off without paying for £221.89 worth of fuel in Stourbridge and Brierley Hill between June 13 and 20 and dishonestly undertaking or assisting in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of stolen registration plates in Stourbridge and Rowley Regis on June 11 and 16. He must pay compensation of £319.49, a victim surcharge of £85 and £185 court costs.

Andrew Haynes, aged 36, of Bromley Lane, Kingswinford, was fined £320 for drink driving in Kingswinford on June 26. When tested, he had 89mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and £135 court costs.

Hayley Jane Bridgewater, aged 28, of High Street, Brierley Hill, was sent to prison for eight weeks, suspended for two years, for stealing items, worth £274.99, from shops in Brierley Hill on July 10. She must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and £185 court costs.

Spencer Craig Norgrove, aged 42, of Winsor Close, Rowley Regis, was sent to prison for 20 weeks for stealing items from Co-op, Oldbury, on July 9 and possessing a modified carrier bag lined with foil for use in the course of or in connection with, theft, in Oldbury, on July 10, while subject to a conditional discharge. He must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Daniel Obi, aged 35, of Wellesley Road, Oldbury, was sent to prison for 15 weeks for assaulting a woman in Oldbury on July 8 and breaching a non-molestation order. He must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Andris Kozlovskis, aged 41, of Claverley Court, Dudley, was given a six month community order for stealing items, worth £59.98, from Superdrug, Dudley, on May 16. He was given a four week curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 8pm and 8am. He must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £135 court costs.

John Ernest Edward Shillingford, aged 30, of Bryce Road, Brierley Hill, was sent to prison for 30 weeks for stealing items, worth £577, from shops in Brierley Hill between June 23 and July 10. He was also sentenced for breaching a criminal behaviour order and must pay a victim surcharge of £140.

Riona Blackstock, aged 23, of Old Park Road, Dudley, was fined £140 for drink driving in Brierley Hill on June 4. When tested, she had 160mlgs of alcohol in 100mls of blood. The legal limit is 80mlgs. She was disqualified from driving for 18 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Courtney Kallam Sinclair, aged 24, of Orchard Street, Brierley Hill, was fined £140 for possessing a locking knife in Brierley Hill on May 3. He must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £100 court costs.

Haytham Muflahi, aged 19, of Cromwell Street, Dudley, was given a 12 month community order for driving a vehicle that he knew had been taken without the consent of the owner, without a licence or insurance, in Sandwell on May 31. He was given six penalty points and must carry out 100 hours unpaid work and pay compensation of £250, a victim surcharge of £85 and £100 court costs.
