Roadworks are slowing traffic in both directions of the A441 Birmingham Road in Redditch, at the B4101 Dagnell End Road junction.
Delays can also be expected on the A456 Birmingham Road in Kidderminster around Land Oak traffic lights.
The A41 is partially blocked at West Bromwich, because of an accident on the roundabout.
Vicarage Road in Coseley is currently closed due to a burst water main. Traffic is being do reverted along Birmingham New Road, Mason Street and vice-versa.Access to frontages will be maintained whilst safe to do so.
In Cradley Heath, Grainger's Lane is closed northbound between the Station Street junction and the A4100 High Street junction, because of roadworks. A diversion is in operation via Station Street and Cradley Road.
