Alongside a warning of caution on the roads due to rain, hail and thunder, there are a few minor incident to look out for this Thursday morning (November 17), including:

In and around Kidderminster, Churchill Lane in Blakedown is closed between the Mill Lane junction and the Waggon Lane junction, because of roadworks.

There are expected delays on B4194 Dowles Road in Bewdley between the Dog Lane junction and the Sabrina Drive junction, because of temporary traffic lights.

Near Bromsgrove, a lane is closed on A441 Birmingham Road in Hopwood near the Hopwood House pub, because of gas main work.

Slow traffic is expected on A456 Manor Way eastbound in Halesowen at the A459 Grange Road Roundabout junction, leading to congestion to the B4183 Hagley Road junction.

Further slow traffic on A4123 Wolverhampton Road southbound in Oldbury, Birmingham at Birchley Island, in the roadworks area, causing congestion to the Newbury Lane junction.

Also be wary of an accident on M5 northbound at J2, A4123 in Oldbury.

Further along on the A4037 Dudley Road West in Tipton, the road is closed southbound between A457 Sedgley Road West junction and A4123 Birmingham New Road junction.

Due to roadworks a diversion is in operation although expect delays.

Towards Stourbridge, Mill Street in Wordsley is closed in both directions between the B4180 Brierley Hill Road junction and the Bridge Street junction, because of fire damaged building.
