THE following appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court between November 11 and 17:

Paul John Sanders, aged 42, of Osprey Drive, Russells Hall, was discharged conditionally for two years for stealing clothing, worth £399, from Matalan, Brierley Hill, on October 24. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20.

Leesa Wise, aged 33, of Aziz Isaac Close, Oldbury, was sent to prison for 12 weeks for stealing items, worth £231.99, from stores in Oldbury on September 15, while subject to a suspended sentence. She must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Tyrone Colin Payne, aged 29, of Chapel Street, Pensnett, was discharged conditionally for 18 months for stealing cider, worth £5, from Premier in Dudley on August 6 and resisting a police officer in the execution of duty. He must pay compensation of £4.99.

Frankie Michael O’Donnell, aged 30, of Chestnut Avenue, Dudley, was sent to prison for six weeks, suspended for 12 months, for stealing turkey crowns, worth £57, from Iceland on November 13. He must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Lee Walker-Wright, aged 54, of Bent Street, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for 12 months, for stealing DVDs, worth £45.95, from BHS, Merry Hill, on August 26. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £300 court costs.

Jonathon Harry Fowler, aged 35, of Hazel Road, Kingswinford, was fined £240 for drink driving in Kingswinford on October 23. When tested, he had 59mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for four years and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Tina Marie Carter, aged 48, of Stourbridge Road, Holly Hall, was fined £110 for assaulting a person in Dudley on October 27. She must pay compensation of £50, a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

David James Harris, aged 35, of Delvine Road, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for stealing a Samsung computer tablet, worth £300, in Brierley Hill on October 4. He must pay compensation of £300, a victim surcharge of £20 and £185 court costs.

Stacey Louise Kendall, aged 33, of Albert Street, Pensnett, was fined £162 for drink driving in Brierley Hill on October 29. When tested, she had 84mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. She was disqualified from driving for 20 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Melanie Jane Smith, aged 46, of Bethesda Gardens, Colley Gate, was fined £384, for sending a text and making a phone call that was in whole, or part, of an indecent or grossly offensive nature for the purpose of causing distress or anxiety to the recipient. She must pay a victim surcharge of £38 and £185 court costs.

Zafar Iqbal, aged 41, of Highfield Road, Dudley, was sent to prison for 16 weeks, for stealing 30 cans of deodorant, worth £59.70, from B&M, Dudley on November 13 and possessing cannabis in Oldbury on November 15. He must pay compensation of £59.70 and a victim surcharge of £115.

Samantha Barnfield, aged 31, of High Street, Cradley Heath, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for stealing a watch, worth £24.99, from TK Maxx, Brierley Hill, on October 29. She must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £25 court costs.

Paul Graham Cross, aged 39, of High Street, Cradley Heath, was given a four week community order for stealing a watch, worth £24.99, from TK Maxx, Brierley Hill, on October 29. He was given a four week curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £25 court costs.

Liam Thomas Holloway, aged 24, of Bayswater Road, Lower Gornal, was given a 12 month community order for possessing a knuckle duster in Dudley on October 30 and failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis during the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence in Dudley and failing to stop a vehicle on being required to do so by a police officer in uniform. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months and must carry out 250 hours unpaid work. He must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £185 court costs.

Benjamin Lewis Richardson, aged 28, of Pebble Close, Stourbridge, was given a 12 month community order for failing to comply with an order, banning him from attending football matches, in Stourbridge on July 25. He was also sentenced for possessing a smoke bomb. He must carry out 200 hours unpaid work and must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £640 court costs.

Lyndsey Bell, aged 29, of Windmill View, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for six months for assaulting a police officer in Dudley on October 30. She must pay a victim surcharge of £20.

Harprit Singh Shekhon, aged 39, of Pound Close, Oldbury, was given a six month community order for stealing goods, worth £40.66 from Asda in Dudley on October 28. He was given a four week curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £100 court costs.

Martina Hurley, aged 27, of Ash Crescent, Kingswinford, was fined £100 for assaulting a police officer in Kingswinford on October 8. She must pay compensation of £50 and pay £135 court costs.

Johanna Laura Seeney-Dowell, aged 48, of Ash Crescent, Kingswinford, was fined £100 for assaulting a police officer in Kingswinford on October 8. She must pay compensation of £50 and pay £135 court costs.

Colin Royston Skidmore, aged 58, of Hermit Street, Upper Gornal, was fined £180 for drink driving in Dudley on October 31. When tested, he had 80mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 26 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Tammy Moore, aged 30, of Harvington Walk, Rowley Regis, was given a six month community order for stealing magazines and chocolate, worth £57.86, from Co-op, Halesowen, on October 30. She must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £35 court costs.
