CHILDREN of all ages can take part in fun and games at Stourbridge’s Crystal Leisure Centre during the upcoming half term holiday.

The town centre venue will be hosting a jam-packed fortnight of fun from Monday (May 29) until Sunday (June 4).

The swimming pool, complete with slides, waves, bubble seat and rapids, is open every day and there will also be a bondi-beat water disco on Friday (June 2) from 3.30pm to 6pm.

Youngsters aged seven and under can crawl, step, or run their way around the soft play suite throughout the week for £2.50 per child. Qualified staff supervise the area, but parents must remain with their children.

A crèche is also available on Tuesday (May 30), between 9.30am and 12.30pm, and on Friday from 9.30am to noon, costing £4.20 per child.

An hour-long trampolining session for tots aged under-five will run at 9am on Friday at a cost of £5 per child, while a second 60-minute trampolining class, for beginners aged five to 15, will be held at 10am and 11am on the same date for £6. Parents must be present at the lessons and classes must be booked in advance.

A four-day intensive junior swimming course for children age four and over will run from Tuesday to Friday for £20.80 per child. Improvers who can swim up to 25m can attend the 30-minute lessons at 10am, while beginners who require armbands or swimming belts can join lessons starting at 10.30am.

Crafty children aged five to 11 can get creative with an arts and crafts session on Tuesday from 11am. The hour-long session costs £5 and must be booked in advance.
