STOURBRIDGE man has been fined £120 for drink driving.

Peter John Marsden, aged 52, of Enville Street, had 69mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath when he was caught behind the wheel in Tipton on July 5.

The legal limit is 35mcgs.

When he appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court he was also sentenced for driving without a licence or insurance.

He was disqualified from driving for 18 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Cristina Daniela Cretu, aged 49, of St James Gardens, Oldbury, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for stealing clothing, worth £395, from Tessuti, Sandwell, on June 28. She must pay a victim surcharge of £20.

Nicola Simone Leslie Parsons, aged 19, of Hall Church Road, Dudley, was given a 12 month community order for stealing meat, worth £35.61, from Aldi, Brierley Hill, on June 21 and assaulting a woman. She was given a 28 day curfew and for the duration, must remain at her home address between 7pm and 7am. She must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £100 compensation.

Lee Leslie Waterworth, aged 35, of Hawbush Road, Brierley Hill, was sent to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 24 months, for harassing a woman in Dudley between June 26 and July 11. He was also sentenced for breaching a non-molestation order in Dudley between July 9 and 16. He must carry out 120 hours unpaid work and pay a victim surcharge of £115 and £185 court costs.

Steven Mansell, aged 28, of Corbyn Road, Dudley, was fined £275 for driving without a licence or insurance in Pensnett on July 2. He was disqualified from driving for six months and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Darren John Whitehouse, aged 36, of Cot Lane, Kingswinford, was given a 12 month community order for stealing items, worth £65.45, from shops in Kingswinford between June 25 and July 4. He was given a 28 day curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 8pm and 6am. He must pay court costs of £135 and a victim surcharge of £85.

Terry Kenneth Carr, aged 27, of Stourbridge Road, Lye, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for stealing sunglasses, worth £130, from Boots, Brierley Hill, on July 2. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20.

Jordan McGovern, aged 20, of Clarence Road, Dudley, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a woman in Dudley on May 30. He must carry out 80 hours unpaid work and pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £135 court costs.

Liam Richard Hines, aged 28, of Elbow Street, Cradley Heath, must pay £400 compensation for causing £500 worth of damage to a car in Warley on June 16.

Adam Michael Cooper, aged 25, of Ridgeway Road, Wordsley, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a woman in Netherton on February 26. He was given a four week curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £135 court costs.

Jamie Jesson, aged 32, of Pensnett Road, Pensnett, was given a two month community order for driving without insurance in Dudley and failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis during the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, in Oldbury on July 5. He was given a two month curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7.30pm and 5.30am. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £135 court costs.

Roy Thomas Woodall, aged 36, of Hermit Street, Upper Gornal, was sent to prison for six weeks for stealing meat and wine, worth £52.64, from Co-op, Dudley, on July 19. He must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and £135 court costs.

Richard James Turner, aged 29, of Wynall Lane, Wollescote, was given a four week community order for drink driving in Stourbridge on July 6. When tested, he had 94mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was given a four week curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 8pm and 6am. He was disqualified from driving for two years and must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £135 court costs.

Patrick Bethel, aged 22, of Gateacre Street, Lower Gornal, was fined £135 for causing £300 worth of damage to a vehicle in Wolverhampton on December 18, 2016. He must pay £300 compensation, a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.
