A DRINK driver from Halesowen has been fined £675.

When Anthony Alexander Talbot, of Mount Street, was caught behind the wheel in Halesowen on January 20 he had 83mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs.

The 27-year-old was also sentenced for driving without insurance was disqualified from driving for 18 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £67 and £135 court costs.

The following also appeared before Dudley Magistrates Court between February 2 and 7:

Richard John Jones, aged 42, of Piper Place, Stourbridge, was given a six month community order for stealing items, worth £27, from Co-op, Halesowen, on September 30, 2017 and items, worth £226.93, from Tesco Express, Stourbridge, on February 1. He was fined £50 and must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £135 court costs.

Lisa Marie Tiso, aged 36, of Osprey Drive, Dudley, was sent to prison for 18 weeks for stealing a glass jewellery box, worth £59.50, from Marks & Spencer, Wolverhampton, on December 28, 2017. She was also sentenced for possessing cannabis in Wolverhampton and failing to provide a non-intimate sample for the purpose of ascertaining whether she had a class A drug in her body in Oldbury on February 1. Tiso also failed to surrender to custody at Dudley Magistrates Court on January 11, having been released on bail. She was fined £100 and must pay £115 victim surcharge and £185 court costs.

Mohammed Bilol, aged 20, of Barker Street, Oldbury, was fined £120 for possessing cocaine, diamorphine and cannabis in Smethwick on January 4. He must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £185 court costs.

Jack Jenking, aged 26, of Foxdale Drive, Brierley Hill, was fined £145 for drink driving in Brierley Hill on January 19. When tested, he had 52mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was also fined £290 for driving without insurance and failing to stop after an accident. He was disqualified from driving for 48 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Lucy Rebecca Taplin, aged 27, of Stourbridge Road, Lye, was fined £120 for assaulting a male in Stourbridge on November 26. She must pay a victim surcharge of £30, £85 court costs and £50 compensation.

Lloyd Robert Smith, aged 32, of Thorns Avenue, Quarry Bank, was sent to prison for 52 weeks for entering a shed in Brierley Hill as a trespasser on January 30 and stealing items worth £1,445. He was also sentenced for failing to comply with supervision requirements while subject to a community order and suspended sentence. He must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Mohammed Abdul Ghaleb, aged 27, of The Terrace, Cradley Heath, was fined £120 for drink driving in Halesowen on January 24. When tested, he had 68mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was also fined £60 for possessing cannabis. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Jihad Salem Issawi, aged 30, of Uplands Road, Dudley, was given a 12 month community order for causing £400 worth of damage to the glass window of a door at intu Merry Hill on January 10.He must carry out 40 hours unpaid work and pay compensation of £400, a victim surcharge of £85 and £135 court costs.

Gavin Robert Clarke, aged 35, of The Parade, Cradley Heath, was discharged conditionally for nine months for stealing items, worth £25.74 from Co-op, Oldbury, on December 8. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20.

Adrian Vasile Zelea, aged 27, of Springfield Road, Halesowen, was fined £200 for drink driving in Halesowen on September 16. When tested, he had 69mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 16 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Paul Parsons, aged 25, of Talbot Street, Brierley Hill, was given a 12 month community for dishonestly undertaking or assisting in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of stolen goods, to the value of £1,380, in Netherton on September 25. He was fined £80 and must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £185 court costs.
