A WOMAN who stole from a Dudley toy shop has been fined £40.

Aldona Swiderek, aged 33, of Stourbridge Road, Russells Hall, took children’s toys, worth £29, from Arcade Toy Shop, Fountain Arcade, on November 4, 2017.

She must pay £4 compensation and a victim surcharge of £30.

Roy George Brough, aged 37, of Hillside Road, Dudley, was given a 12 month community order for stealing a camera, worth £40, from Ryman Stationary, Dudley, on December 5, 2017 and failing to surrender to custody at Dudley Magistrates Court on February 9. He must pay compensation of £40, a victim surcharge of £85 and £135 court costs.

Dale Martin Mansell, aged 36, of Priory Road, Dudley, was sent to prison for six weeks, suspended for 12 months, for stealing Lynx, worth £28, from Poundland, Dudley, on January 13. He was given a six week curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He must pay £28 compensation and a £115 victim surcharge.

Kelly O’Brian, aged 38, of Wallace Close, Oldbury, was given a 10 week community order for assaulting a police officer in Oldbury on December 10, 2017. She was given a 10 week curfew and for the duration must remain at her home address between 7pm and 7am. She must pay £100 compensation, a victim surcharge of £85 and £135 court costs.

Courtney Chaerelle Lea, aged 24, of Spiral Close, Halesowen, was fined £120 for drink driving, without insurance, in Halesowen on February 2. When tested, she had 59mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. She was disqualified from driving for 16 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Damien John Mason, aged 33, of Eagle Close, Rowley Regis, was sent to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for causing damage, to the value of £5,000 or more, to buildings under construction and plant machinery/equipment, belonging to Galliford, in Rowley Regis on October 20, 2017. He must pay compensation of £2,500.

Robert Hamblett, aged 50, of Halesowen Street, Rowley Regis, was discharged conditionally for 12 months, for causing £30 worth of damage to a CCTV camera belonging to Twelve Baskets charity shop, Blackheath, on September 15, 2017. He must pay compensation of £30, a victim surcharge of £20 and £620 court costs.

Matthew Billingsley, aged 39, of Dingle Close, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for stealing cheese, worth £40, from Asda, Dudley, on February 13. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £135 court costs.

David Ward, aged 47, of Laurel Road, Wrens Nest, was sent to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for assaulting three men in Dudley on February 12. He must pay £400 compensation and £135 court costs.

Derek Liam Brennan, aged 30, of Lawrence Lane, Cradley Heath, was sent to prison for 24 weeks for driving whilst disqualified in Oldbury on February 27. He was also sentenced for driving without insurance, MOT, failing to stop having been required to do so by a constable in uniform and failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis during the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence.  He was disqualified from driving for 48 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Natalie Ann Sandra Hussey, aged 27, of Hanover Road, Rowley Regis, was given a six month community order for stealing 15 jars of coffee, worth £71, from Co-op, Tividale, on February 27 and 28. She was fined £40 and must pay £25 compensation and a victim surcharge of £85.
