A DRINK driver from Brierley Hill has been jailed for six months.

Carl David Warren, aged 48, of Bent Street, had 42mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath, when he was caught behind the wheel in Dudley on February 20. The legal limit is 35mcgs.

He was also sentenced for driving while disqualified, without insurance or MOT.

Warren was disqualified from driving for 60 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and £85 court costs.

Claire Katrina Bailey, aged 42, of Uplands Road, Dudley, was given a four week community order for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause a person to believe that violence would be used against them in Dudley on August 12, 2017. She was given a four week curfew and for the duration must remain at her home address between 6pm and 6am. She must pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £85 and £300 court costs.

Kenneth Daniel Blakemore, aged 28, of Stourbridge Road, Dudley, was fined £40 for being drunk and disorderly in Dudley on February 15. He must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £70 court costs.

Samuel Joseph Blizzard, aged 34, of Saltbrook Place, Lye, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for causing £100 worth of damage to a glass panel within a fire door in Lye on February 16. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £65 court costs.

Peter Idtok, aged 47, of Shepherd Brook Road, Lye, was fined £240 for drink driving in Halesowen on February 11. When tested, he had 59mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was also sentenced for driving without a licence or insurance. He was disqualified from driving for 16 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Anthony William George Fisher, aged 18, of Copse Road, Netherton, was fined £240 for taking a car without the consent of the owner in Stourbridge between January 17 and 18 and driving without a licence or insurance. He was given six penalty points and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £85 court costs.

David Tromans, aged 31, of Dorset Road, Wollaston, was fined £80 for stealing whiskey, worth £68, from Fletchers, Wollaston, on November 22, 2017. He was also fined £120 for failing to surrender to custody at Dudley Magistrates Court on February 27, having been released on bail. He must pay compensation of £68, a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

David Anthony Fletcher, aged 25, of Wrens Crescent, Brierley Hill, was sent to prison for 14 weeks for breaching a restraining order in Dudley on March 4. He must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and £185 court costs.

John Thomas Gough, aged 25, of Byron Street, Pensnett, was fined £215 for producing cannabis in Brierley Hill on October 19, 2017. He must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £185 court costs.

Kieron Richard McQuillan, aged 37, of Titford Road, Oldbury, was sent to prison for 26 weeks for stealing items, of unknown value, in Oldbury between February 25 and March 5. He was also sentenced for interfering with a motor vehicle and possessing a Stanley knife in Oldbury on March 5. He must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and £185 court costs.

Kelly Ann Johnson, aged 38, of Bearmore Road, Cradley Heath, was given a six month community order for stealing items, worth £1,112.63, from shops in Dudley and Great Bridge on November 25, 2017. She was also sentenced for stealing make up, worth £204, from Debenhams, Merry Hill, on February 21. She was given a two month curfew and for the duration must remain at her home address between 7pm and 7am. Johnson must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £185 court costs.

Stuart James Dale, aged 51, of Ombersley Road, Halesowen, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a woman in Halesowen on November 14 and 21, 2017. He must carry out 100 hours unpaid work and pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £85 and £600 court costs.

Wayne Mark Williams, aged 38, of High Street, Lye, was sent to prison for eight weeks, suspended for nine months, for stealing items, worth £83, from shops in Lye, Stourbridge and Dudley, between February 18 and 21. He must pay compensation of £159.
