UNSUSPECTING Black Country shoppers were left stunned this weekend as they discovered a giant crushed car parked outside Argos at intu Merry Hill.
The shocking scene, which saw giant orange paw prints and fur left on the vehicle, has come just a week before the announcement of the centre’s biggest surprise yet ahead of May half term.
Families are being urged to mark their diaries to discover the big secret and enjoy a range of fun-filled activities to celebrate its arrival at the centre during the school break.
The surprise list of activities will be announced on Friday (May 25) with events set to start the next day.
Robert Pickersgill, marketing manager at intu Merry Hill, said: “May half term is the perfect time for all members of the family – young and old – to come together to create lasting memories.
“We’ve got something big in store for all visitors who join us during half term, which we suspect will be a huge hit with both children and parents.
“The mammoth surprise will be announced on our website on Friday, May 25, so keep your eyes peeled.”
