A CRADLEY Heath man has been given a suspended sentence for possessing a knife.

Adam John Robert Boyle, aged 28, of Compton Road, was sent to prison for 20 weeks, suspended for 12 months for possessing a folding pocket knife, in High Street, Cradley Heath, on May 16.

The 28-year-old was given a 12 week curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am.

He must also pay a victim surcharge of £115 and £185 court costs.

Stephen Ian Stevens, aged 30, Toys Lane, Halesowen, was discharged conditionally for six months for stealing alcohol, worth £10, from Nisa, Cradley, on June 3. He must pay £10 compensation and a victim surcharge of £20.

Benjamin James Levy, aged 27, of Bankwell Street, Brierley Hill, was given a two year community order for harassing a woman between January 4 and February 15. He must carry out 100 hours unpaid work and pay compensation of £50, a victim surcharge of £85 and £350 court costs.

Kelly Louise Johnson, aged 31, of Heydon Road, Pensnett, was fined £110 for driving in Brierley Hill on May 20 without insurance or MOT. She was given six penalty points and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £85 court costs.

Stevi Dawn Camp, aged 27, of Rushall Court, Wordsley, was fined £125 for causing £600 worth of damage to a car in Stourbridge on January 16. She must pay compensation of £600 and £150 court costs.

Lidia Thompson, aged 44, of Dog Kennel Lane, Oldbury, was given a 12 week community order for failing to provide a specimen of breath during the course of an investigation into whether she had committed an offence in Oldbury on March 26. She was given a 12 week curfew and for the duration must remain at her home address between 7pm and 7am. She was also disqualified from driving for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £250 court costs.

David Anthony Fletcher, aged 25, of Bank Road, Lower Gornal, was sent to prison for 14 weeks for breaching a restraining order in Dudley on May 21. He must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Aran Becker, aged 19, of Broadway Croft, Oldbury, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for possessing cannabis in Oldbury on May 20. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £135 court costs.

Stuart Philp Banner, aged 42, of Ross, Cradley Heath, was discharged conditionally for six months for possessing cannabis in Oldbury on March 6. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £135.

Garleah Elizabeth Jessie Flahn, aged 20, Birchley Park Avenue, Oldbury, was fined £300 for drink driving in Oldbury on May 28. When tested, she had 71mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. She was disqualified from driving for 17 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Lynden James Edwards, aged 18, of Oakdale Close, Oldbury, was fined £120 for driving without a licence or insurance in West Bromwich on April 30. He was given eight penalty points and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Kerry Louise Drummond, aged 48, of Abberley Road, Oldbury, was given a six month community order for assaulting a woman in Oldbury on October 28, 2017. She was given a six month curfew and for the duration must remain at her home address between 7pm and 7am. She must pay compensation of £500 and a victim surcharge of £85.

Taylor Lucy Drummond, aged 19, of Abberley Road, Oldbury, was given a four month community order for assaulting a woman in Oldbury on October 28, 2017. She was given a four month curfew and for the duration must remain at her home address between 7pm and 7am. She must also pay compensation of £500, a victim surcharge of £85 and £350 court costs.
