A quick look around North Worcestershire and the Black Country has thrown up a few congestion hot spots including:

*B4190 Kidderminster Road, Bewdley. Temporary traffic lights are in operation where roadworks are taking place on B4190 Kidderminster Road at Co-Op Foods. This is expected to last until Monday (August 20).

*A4123 Wolverhampton Road, Oldbury. We have reports of heavy traffic congestion on A4123 Wolverhampton Road Southbound before A4034 Churchbridge (Birchley Island).

*A38 Worcester Road, Bromsgrove. There is a speed restriction of 30 mph due to roadworks on A38 Worcester Road Westbound between Austin Road and B4091.

*M5 Junctions 1 & 2. Ongoing works continue and there is congestion between Junction 1 at West Bromwich and Junction 2 in Oldbury in both directions.
