Roads closed for Scout parade

STOURBRIDGE District Scouts and Guides are to be taking part in the annual St George's Parade in Oldswinford.

The parade will take place on Saturday April 26 will roads being closed between 2pm and 5pm, the roads affected will be Castle Grove, Church Road, Rectory Road, St Mary's Lane, The Furlongs, Priory Road, The Steeples, Rectory Close and Rectory Gardens.

Scouts and guides will be renewing their promises at a service St Mary's Church, Oldswinford at 3pm.

Honoured guests at the service will include Stourbridge MP Lynda Waltho and Deputy Mayor of Dudley Cllr Ray Burtson.
