Boot camp call-up for Stourbridge snorers

STOURBRIDGE snorers are being called up for an army-style boot camp to help cut their nasal noisemaking.

The camp is run by snoring remedy makers Helps Stop Snoring to give people a chance to put their relatives and partners forward for the three-day grunt busting course at a secret location.

The weekend will be overseen by a boot camp sergeant major and will include advice from a leading ear, nose and throat specialist along with input from a team of fitness and nutrition experts.

Graham Carr-Smith of Helps Stop Snoring said: “With over 15 million snorers in the UK alone, we’re pretty sure there must be a good deal of tired and grumpy partners in Stourbridge who are desperate for a peaceful night’s sleep.”

Lynne Chadburn, who took part in last year’s event after her granddaughters put her forward, said: “I enjoyed every aspect of the boot camp. The content was spot on with lots of information and guidance.”
