Kingswinford teen hoping to be a model of success

A KINGSWINFORD teenager is hoping to be a model of success in a national competition to find a teen princess.

Peyton Cunningham, aged 14, is into the final 28 of the February heats of a competition sponsored by a host of fashion and beauty companies including top London hairdresser Marcus John and Amplified Clothing.

The teenager, from Oakdale Close, is calling on supporters to text their votes to help her through to the competition’s finals in August, with prizes including a makeover, an introduction to a modelling agency and a week-long trip to Africa up for grabs.

Peyton, who was spotted by talent scouts at a Clothes Show event in Birmingham, said: “I am quite shocked, I didn’t expect to get this far, the competition started off with 9,000 contestants.”

To vote for Peyton text her full name to 84205 before 11.30pm on the Sunday February 14.

Charges apply for texts, for more details visit the 2010 Miss Teen Princess section at www.missteenqueenuk.com
