Norton open house raises Jubilee good cause cash

NORTON people got into the Jubilee party mood with an open house event which raised cash for a good cause.

Janet and Bas Yeates, from Norton Green Tenants and Residents Association, opened their Caslon Crescent home on Saturday (May 26) to around 30 visitors for refreshments and an anniversary get together.

A raffle and charity collection during the day raised £75 for the couple's chosen charity - Action Heart.
