MARY Stevens Hospice’s postponed summer fete will be held next month.
The popular event was due to take place in July but was cancelled due to bad weather.
But it will now be held in the grounds of the hospice off Hagley Road, Oldswinford, on Saturday September 8 from 11am to 3.30pm.
Attractions for all ages will include dance and fitness displays, Kiddies Corner, szoo animals, face-painting, bouncy castle, tombola, refreshments, plus a host of stalls selling cakes and plants and other donated items.
The event will open officially at 11am but The 2488 (Kingswinford) Squadron ATC Band will be warming up proceedings from 10.30am with a marching display on the lawns near the hospice’s main entrance.
