Live grenade found in Rowley Regis today
ARMY bomb disposal experts detonated a live grenade found in Rowley Regis today (Wednesday).
The grenade was found in a garden in New Hall Road this morning and the bomb disposal team removed it and carried out a controlled explosion in a nearby quarry.
A West Midlands spokesman said: "The live grenade was safely disposed of in a quarry by the Army bomb disposal team."
