GORNAL councillor Dave Branwood is encouraging residents in need of advice or support to attend his monthly surgeries.

The surgeries will be held between 7pm and 8pm on the third Friday of each month at the Baggeridge Social Club in The Straits.

Cllr Branwood said: "It's important for local politicians to be accessible to residents who need advice or help, and running regular local surgeries is a important part of our work."

The next surgery will take place on June 19.

For those people who are unable to attend at the surgery times, home visits are also available.
