YOUNGSTERS can make a splash and develop their swimming skills during the summer holidays at Dudley Leisure Centre.
Running from Monday July 27 and Monday 10 August, the intensive courses for beginners each consist of five 30 minute lessons and are suitable for children aged five and over.
The sessions will run at 9am, 9.30am, 10am and 10.30am on each day of the week.
Councillor Khurshid Ahmed, cabinet member with responsibility for leisure centres, said: “Swimming is a vital life skill as well as a great way to keep active and that’s why we offer these fantastic swimming courses at Dudley Leisure Centre.
“Parents are advised to book their children onto the sessions as early as possible as spaces do fill up fast.”
Pre-booking is essential.
The course costs £23.50 per child and a 50 per cent discount is available with an Options+ leisure discount card.
