Table Top sale for Arthritis Research in Blackheath
A TABLE top sale is being held in Blackheath later this month to raise funds for Arthritis Research UK The charity’s Blackheath and Halesowen branch is organising the sale at St Paul’s Church Hall, Vicarage Road, on Saturday February 27, from 10am until noon.
A spokeswoman for the branch said: “More than 400,000 people in the UK live with the pain of rheumatoid arthritis alone, and, while there is currently no cure for this disabling condition, undertaking research into its treatment and prevention is a key focus for the charity.”
Refreshments will be available and admission is 20p.
