THE following appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court between September 23 and 29:

James Lee Power, aged 28, of Worlds End Lane, Quinton, was sent to prison for eight weeks for stealing toys, worth £126, from Wilkinsons, West Bromwich, on September 22. He must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Wayne Geoffrey Jeavons, aged 36, of High Street, Lye, was given a three month community order for stealing electrical items, worth £289.95, from Boots, Merry Hill, on September 7. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £100 court costs.

James Christopher Jefferson, aged 28, of Newbury Lane, Oldbury, was given a 12 month community order for entering BIP, Oldbury, as a trespasser on September 7, with intent to steal. He must carry out 100 hours unpaid work and pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £185 court costs.

Wayne Mark Williams, aged 37, of High Street, Lye, was given a nine month community order for stealing electrical items, worth £289.98, from Boots, Merry Hill, on September 7. He was given a one month curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £100 court costs.

Richard Shubiya Todd, aged 31, of Bloomfield Street West, Halesowen, was fined £100 for driving whilst using a hand-held mobile telephone, in Halesowen on January 31. He was given three penalty points and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £100 court costs.

Hayley Jane Bridgewater, aged 28, of High Street, Brierley Hill, was sent to prison for 18 weeks for stealing items, worth £201, from stores in Brierley Hill and Oldbury on July 22 and September 25, while subject to a suspended sentence. She must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Louise Deakin, aged 31, of Highfield Road, Blackheath, was given an eight week community order for causing £500 worth of damage to a car windscreen in West Bromwich on March 5. She was given an eight week curfew and for the duration must remain at her home address between 7pm and 7am. She must pay compensation of £750, a victim surcharge of £85 and £200 court costs.

Jake James Edward Mead, aged 25, of Sandford Avenue, Rowley Regis, was given a 12 month community order for having a knuckle duster in a public place and driving without a licence or insurance in Quarry Bank on July 9. He was also sentenced for failing to provide a specimen of blood for a laboratory test during the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence. He was disqualified from driving for three years and must carry out 150 hours unpaid work. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £200 court costs.

Declan Aaron Phipps, aged 34, of Addison Road, Brierley Hill, was fined £220 for driving without a licence or insurance, in Brierley Hill on September 18, 2015. He must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £250 court costs.

Damon Reece Ettle, aged 38, of Ashenhurst Road, Dudley, was fined £146 for driving without a licence or insurance in Dudley on August 7. He was given six penalty points and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Dean David Jarman, aged 34, of Tiled House Lane, Pensnett, was sent to prison for 12 weeks for stealing a car in Dudley on August 7. He was also sentenced as an accident occurred in Brierley Hill, owing to the driving of the vehicle and driving without insurance. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and must pay £200 compensation and a victim surcharge of £115.

Raymond John Cooper, aged 40, of Nimmings Road, Halesowen, was sent to prison for 12 months for assaulting a woman in Birmingham on September 17, 2015. He was also sentenced for failing to surrender to custody at Dudley Magistrates Court on July 1 and Birmingham Magistrates Court, on January 11, having been released on bail and stealing a purse at Perfection Snooker Club, Birmingham, on December 29, 2015. Cooper was also sentenced for stealing items, worth £384.09, from shops in Halesowen and West Bromwich between April 19 and September 26 and resisting a constable in the execution of his duty in West Bromwich on September 26. He must pay a victim surcharge of £140.

Pankracy Artur Piezecki, aged 39, of St Giles Street, Rowley Regis, was fined £580 for drink driving without insurance or MOT, in West Bromwich on September 5. When tested, he had 59mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 38 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £58 and £135 court costs.

Matt Britton, aged 40, of Dudhill Road, Rowley Regis, was fined £340 for drink driving in Tipton on August 29. When tested, he had 80mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for three years and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and £115 court costs.

Michael Unwin, aged 63, of Winford Avenue, Kingswinford, was fined £120 for drink driving in Kingswinford, on June 29. When tested, he had 178mlgs of alcohol in 100mls of blood. The legal limit is 80mlgs. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £115 court costs.

Jardel Faure, aged 18, of The Terrace, Cradley Heath, was fined £300 for driving without a licence, insurance or MOT and possessing cannabis, in Warley, on September 10. He was disqualified from driving for 24 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £185 court costs.

Valentin Anghelinei, aged 26, of King William Street, Amblecote, was fined £260 for driving without a licence or insurance in Dudley on September 9. He was disqualified from driving for nine months and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Keith David Taylor, aged 36, of Beech Green, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for 12 months, for stealing items, worth £182, from Debenhams, Brierley Hill, on June 29 and 30. He must pay compensation of £182 and a victim surcharge of £20.

Anthony John Davy, aged 29, of Pale Street, Upper Gornal, was fined £220 for drink driving in Dudley on September 10. When tested, he had 70mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs.He was disqualified from driving for 16 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Marian-Marius Peczer, aged 44, of Church Hill, Brierley Hill, was given a 12 month community order for drink driving, without a licence, insurance or MOT, in Brierley Hill on September 11. When tested, she had 94mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. She was disqualified from driving for two years and must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £135 court costs.

Roy Thomas Woodall, aged 35, of Hermit Street, Upper Gornal, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for stealing groceries of unknown value from Tesco Express, Dudley, on September 13. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £50 court costs.

Dallan Kyle Bennett, aged 26, of Lower Derry Street, Dudley, was fined £440 for driving without a licence in Lye on January 19. He was given three penalty points and must pay a victim surcharge of £44 and £135 court costs.
