TWO men who were involved in an armed robbery at Old Hill Post Office are being hunted by police.

Officers at Sandwell Police are now appealing to the public for help following the incident at the Halesowen Road post office just before 1.30pm on Thursday, March 2.

According to police, one of the men jumped over the counter with a double barrelled shotgun and threatened a member of staff.

The store manager was then struck in the head by the same man and a second man jumped over the counter and took the manager into the security room.

They managed to escape with a large quantity of cash.

Anyone with information about the robbery, or the two men involved, should call PC Cal Sanders at the West Bromwich robbery team on 101, quoting incident number 20SW/90306P/17.
