Halesowen road closure warning
ROADS in Halesowen are set to be disrupted next week, residents and motorists are being warned.
Dudley Council is closing Lapal Lane South on Wednesday, July 5, to allow BT Openreach to carry out maintenance of an overhead structure.
The road will be closed throughout the day – between 9.30am and 3.30pm – from its junction with the Manor Way to its junction with Lye Cross Lane.
A council spokesman said cars will be diverted along Watery Lane, Carters Lane, Manor Lane and Manor Way, and access to the frontages during the closure will be “maintained where safe to do so”.
