PEOPLE who struggle with money problems can learn how to improve their financial capability during special sessions at Oldbury and Blackheath libraries.

Sandwell Financial Services Hub, together with its partner agencies and Black Country Housing Group-BC Click Start, will be helping people make the most of their money during ‘National Financial Capability Week’.

The theme for the borough’s week – which runs from Monday (November 13) to Sunday, November 19 – is ‘ways to save money/money saving tips’.

The library events will see the team sharing money saving ideas, as well as giving information about saving money on shopping, saving money on energy usage, healthy eating recipes and Christmas dinner on a budget.

Kicking off at Oldbury Library on Monday, before heading to Blackheath Library on Tuesday (November 14), both sessions will take place from 10am until 2pm.
