A TIPTON man has been charged with conspiracy to commit murder following the death of a man in Hereford last month.

Robert Eacock, aged 33, of Hereford, died in hospital after suffering a stab wound in an incident on Commercial Street, Hereford on January 29.

Artaf Hussain, aged 31, of Slater Street, Tipton, has been remanded in custody and will appear at Hereford Magistrates Court on Monday (February 19).

A 21-year-old man from Tipton arrested yesterday (Friday, February 17) on suspicion of assisting an offender has been bailed while investigations continue.
