THERE are plenty of relieved teenagers across Dudley this morning, as they receive their long-awaited GCSE results.
At Bishop Milner school, staff are celebrating a 75 per cent pass rate of five or more A*- C grades, with 69 per cent achieving both English and maths.
With many students securing individual successes at the Burton Road school, the overall top performer was Kishan Patel who achieved ten GCSE’s with nine at A* and one at grade A.
Headteacher, Steve Haywood, said: “We wish all our Year 11’s the very best as they move in to sixth form, college or the world of work.”
