A REDDITCH plumber has been presented with a new £15,000 Fiat Doblo van to help with his business by Redditch Buildbase, where he buys his work materials.

Dave Palmer, customer marketing director, John Clarke, Buildbase regional director, and Matt Henderson, branch manager at Redditch, presented Jezz Kimberley, of J K Plumbing & Heating Services, with his prize at the Buildbase branch at Ipsley Street.

The competition, a free prize draw, was held at the National Homebuilding and Renovating Show at the NEC in Birmingham earlier this year.

Mr Kimberley said: “It’s amazing. I’ve never won anything in my life and I’m chuffed to bits."

Mr Palmer added: “We are delighted to provide Mr Kimberley the van that I’m sure will be a great asset to his business and help get the job done.

"It’s great to be able to support our trade customers with something that makes a difference.”

The van was supplied by Guest Trucks and Fiat Professional who supply vans and trucks to Buildbase branches nationwide.

Buildbase ran the competition to celebrate the launch of its new “Masterbrands”; Buildbase, Plumbase, Electricbase and Hirebase, and to show all of them together for the first time on the stand.
