A RECRUITMENT company with branches across Worcestershire, including Kidderminster, has appointed a respected director into its senior management team.

Workforce Staffing has welcomed experienced recruitment specialist James Ritchie to the company’s board, bringing more than 25 years’ experience in the sector to oversee the firm’s Managed Services offering.

Mr Ritchie, 50, brings a wealth of experience to the firm from a career working within both regional and national businesses on multi- disciplined recruitment, management, sales and operations.

Paul Alekna, CEO of Workforce Staffing, said: “It is a real coup for us to have recruited someone of James’ experience.

“He is a first-class appointment for us and has the exact credentials, drive and determination we look for in our senior team.

“He brings a wealth of market knowledge and knows what our clients need now and in the future.”

James Ritchie added: “Workforce has been expanding in recent years to meet the demands of recruiters all over central England.

“It has grown into a widely respected forward thinking business with an exceptionally talented team who all share the same ethos of delivering the best recruitment solutions.

“It is a company that is thriving but uniquely, has retained a close and caring culture” “I am delighted to be joining Paul, and the team at such an exciting time and look forward to making a significant contribution in the months and years ahead.”

Workforce has recruitment centres in Kidderminster, Redditch, Worcester, Dudley, Rugby, Coventry, Solihull and Birmingham.
