NODDY Holder will be quiz master and host for the eleventh annual Birmingham Brain Game to raise money for Marie Curie’s Big Build Appeal to create a new hospice for the West Midlands.

Fifty-two teams from local businesses have now entered the event, taking place at the International Convention Centre on November 1. There are still a small number of tables available, starting at £1,200 upwards.

The evening begins with a champagne reception, followed by a three-course dinner and eight rounds of the quiz.

BHSF Group Ltd, the not-for-profit healthcare insurer and benefits supplier, continues its sponsorship of the Birmingham Game, with Santander Corporate Banking sponsoring the champagne reception.

Marie Curie needs to raise another £3.4 million to build and equip its new hospice for the West Midlands. The money will help provide care in the hospice itself and for people across the region who want to remain in their own homes.

Brain Game organiser Susan White said: “We are thrilled Noddy has agreed to host our event, which is always a hugely popular and successful evening and last year raised over £120,000 for our local Big Build Appeal to build a new Marie Curie Hospice for the West Midlands.”
