Age UK Dudley to hold informative session

AGE UK Dudley will be on hand to give out help and advice to the borough’s over 50s at a event at Merry Hill later this week.

Representatives will be outside Marks and Spencer from 9am until 4pm on Thursday, providing free beauty treatments and sessions in exercise, zumba, tai chi, as well as giving out free Winter Warmth goodie bags.

Staff will also be giving advice on using technology, benefit entitlements and money matters, as well as showcasing the variety of activities and services offered by the charity, including Fix-A-Home, Good Neighbour, Greenagers, Leap Over 50, Eat Well and Shopmobility.
