New Tai Chi class starts in Wordsley

A NEW Tai Chi class for beginners starts in Wordsley this month.
It will be held over five weeks at the Richardson Hall, Lawnswood Road, starting from Wednesday January 23.
Classes which are reputed to improve fitness and help combat stress will run from noon to 1pm each week.
