THE snow is continuing to affect schools, colleges and council run-services today.
All day centre transport has been cancelled, but day centres are open, although users need to arrange their own transport.
A limited refuse and recycling service will be running, but only on roads which are safe to travel on.
Leisure Centres are open, but The Dell Stadium remains closed until further notice.
And school children across the borough have an extra day to build snowmen, with the majority of schools still shut.
