NEW homes in Brockmoor and Quarry Bank are helping put Dudley Council within one of a landmark development century.
The recently completed residences take the tally of new abodes to 99, they are the first council houses to be completed in the borough for two decades.
The homes include a variety of buildings, ranging from two to four bedroom houses, bugalows and 18 two bedroom apartments for people with leaning difficulties.
Councillor Khurshid Ahmed, Dudley cabinet member for housing, said: “We are really proud to have completed almost 100 new properties during this difficult economic time. Building projects such as this not only provide much needed housing but also support the local economy and construction industry. The houses we have built will change people’s lives for the better."
