Lye drug dealer facing time behind bars
3:31pm Monday 7th October 2013 in Local
A LYE drug dealer has been warned by a Judge he could be facing time in jail.
Adnan Ajram, of Careless Green, had denied a charge of possessing cocaine with intent to supply.
But the 22-year-old was found guilty by a jury after they retired to consider the evidence at the end of his trial.
Judge Martin Walsh remanded Ajram on conditional bail for the preparation of a pre-sentence report.
But he told him it was clear he had been "involved in the peddling of Class A drugs."
And he warned Ajram at Wolverhampton Crown Court all sentencing options in the case were open.
He told him to take nothing from the fact he was allowing him to remain on bail for the preparation of the report.
Ajram was allowed bail with conditions including a curfew between the hours of 7pm and 7am.
He will appear before the court on Monday October 21 when it is expected the case against him will be finalised.
