Stourbridge shoppers encouraged to dance for diabetes

First published in Local

STOURBRIDGE shoppers are invited to get their dancing shoes on to raise money for Diabetes UK on Saturday.

Staff at Tesco Extra will be showing off their moves and urging everyone to get involved in the Cha Cha Slide at 2.30pm.

The event is part of Tesco's charity partnership with Diabetes UK and stores across the country will be taking part in a hope to raise cash to create healthier communities and support everyone affected by or at risk of diabetes.

Elaine Twomlow, community champion at the Crown Centre supermarket, said: “It would be fantastic for members of the public in our local community to come and take part in the Cha, Cha Slide.

"Please help us to support Diabetes UK.”
