A GANG armed with housebricks robbed a group of teenagers as they walked home in Quarry Bank.
The robbery took place at 11pm on Tuesday January 2 as the five young men, aged 17 and 18 walked along Brick Kiln Lane.
Police have appealed for witnesses to the incident, the offenders made off with £125 in cash and a mobile phone.
Cops are hunting a group of four white males described as all around six feet tall and aged 19 to 23.
All four were wearing hooded tops and tracksuit bottoms, one man is said to have a goatee beard and the word ecko' in white letters on the front of his trousers.
Another offender is described as being of slim to medium build and wearing a Cabrini' top.
