The following appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court between March 17-21:

Samuel George Phillip Birch, aged 19, of Walker Avenue, Stourbridge, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for causing £500 worth of damage to a car and £20 worth of damage to a garden gate in Lye on February 23. He was ordered to pay compensation of £220, a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Lindsey Deakin, aged 46, of Stourbridge Road, Lye, was fined £100 for drink driving in Stourbridge on February 22. When tested she had 81mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. She was disqualified from driving for three years and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Adrian Mark Porter, aged 53, of Pale Street, Upper Gornal, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for being drunk and disorderly in Upper Gornal on February 22. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £40 court costs.

Zita Vysotskaite, aged 27, of Amos Road, Wollescote, was given an eight week community order for stealing from numerous shops in Halesowen on January 21. She was given an eight week curfew and for the duration must remain at her home address between 7pm and 7am. She was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £50 court costs.

Loic Louis Georges Le-Cloirec, aged 31 of Grey Stones Passage, Dudley, was fined £200 for drink driving, without a license or insurance, in Dudley on March 2. When tested, he had 43mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He was also discharged conditionally for 12 months for wilfully obstructing a police officer in the execution of his duty in Dudley on March 2. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £50 court costs.

Tara Le Oliarnyk, aged 26, of Belle View Road, Rowley Regis, was discharged conditionally for 18 months, for stealing a television, worth £199, from Asda, Halesowen, on March 3. She was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Rachel Louise Bowen, aged 31, of Yorkdale Close, Lower Gornal, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for stealing two leg joints of lamb, worth £23.12, from Co-op, Sedgley, on February 19 and meat joints, worth £37.49, from Aldi, Brierley Hill, on February 20. She was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £75 court costs.

Jason Thomas Jones, aged 42, of Vicarage Road, Lye, was sent to prison for 39 weeks for entering Cafe Nero, Stourbridge, as a trespasser with intent to steal on March 16 and entering Sense charity shop, Cradley Heath, between March 1 and 3, as a trespasser and stealing computer games worth £45, while subject to a suspended sentence.

Timothy Brian Pearson, aged 41, of Snowdon Grove, Halesowen, was sent to prison for four weeks for stealing chocolate, worth £33.66, from 99p Store, Halesowen, on February 18.

Wayne Thomas Cheshire, aged 21, of Fairway Avenue, Oldbury, was fined £200 for drink driving, without insurance, in Brierley Hill on January 12. When tested, he had 104mlgs of alcohol in 100mls of blood. The legal limit is 80mlgs. He was disqualified from driving for 14 months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

David John Barrett, aged 49, of Love Lane, Lye, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for stealing gammon and bacon, worth £20, from Iceland, Halesowen, on October 28. He was ordered to pay compensation of £20, a victim surcharge of £15 and £50 court costs.

Kevin Mallard, aged 27, of Oldnall Road, Colley Gate, was given a 12 month community order for using a fuel card bearing a different registration number, to pay for £94.92 worth of fuel for his own vehicle, in Halesowen on January 9. He was also sentenced for possessing cannabis resin in Brierley Hill on February 3. He must carry out 60 hours of unpaid work, pay compensation of £94.92, a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Daniel Mark Smith, aged 27, of Chapel Street, Pensnett, was given a six month community order for driving while disqualified, without insurance, in Dudley on March 3. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

James Kearsey, aged 31, of Auckland Road, Wordsley, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a woman in Kingswinford on July 4. He was ordered to carry out 150 hours unpaid work, pay compensation of £500, a victim surcharge of £60 and £650 court costs.

Daniel James Lovett, aged 22, of Dando Road, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for damaging property at Caledonia Food, Dudley, on December 6. He was ordered to pay compensation of £150, a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

David James Phillips, aged 24, of Regis Heath Road, Rowley Regis, was fined £250 for being drunk and disorderly and assaulting a police officer in the execution of his duty, in Stourbridge on March 1. He was ordered to pay compensation of £20, a victim surcharge of £25 and £85 court costs.

Craig Matthew Woodhouse, aged 24, of Station Road, Brockmoor, was fined £200 for possessing a CS gas canister and driving without insurance, licence or MOT certificate in Brierley Hill on January 9. He was given six penalty points and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Dominique Pauline Louise Burrows, aged 25, of Coopers Avenue, Brierley Hill, was given a 12 month community order for being drunk and disorderly in Wordsley on November 23. She was also sentenced for causing £100 worth of damage to a police vehicle and assaulting a police officer in Wordsley on November 24. She was ordered to pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £60 and £300 court costs.

Toyah Samantha Dearn, aged 24, of Vicarage Prospect, Dudley, was given a three month community order for damaging six cars in Stourbridge and Wollaston on December 10. She was given a three month curfew and for the duration must stay at her home address between 7pm and 7am. She was ordered to pay compensation of £508.64 and a victim surcharge of £60.
