A BANK in Stourbridge has announced an upgrade to services including opening times outside traditional hours.
Barclays in the High Street is now open for business from 9.30am to 12.30pm on Saturday mornings as part of a drive to increase accessibility and convenience for customers.
Branch manager, Amanda Bache, said: "This is the latest in a long line of initiatives to improve service for Stourbridge customers.
"The branch also features Barclays latest design to remove arcane language and chained up pens, which have been replaced by pens without chains which have messages to encourage customers to feel free not only to use them, but to take them home if they wish."
