ROCK bands will help to raise notes for charity during a gig in Dudley next month.
Top local bands will perform at the Rock and Roll Showcase on Saturday May 10 in aid of the Mayor of Dudley, Councillor Alan Finch's chosen charities.
Purple Stereo and The Oldest House will take to the stage at The Secret Venue, Pearson Street, to entertain crowds from 7pm.
All proceeds will go to Hearing Dogs for Deaf People and White House Cancer Support.
Cllr Finch said: “I’ve had some fantastic support from my charities so far, and I’m grateful to the bands for giving up their time to help these very worthwhile causes.”
Tickets cost £8 each, or £6 for students and are available by emailing suzylimesrdc@hotmail.co.uk
