WOULD-be students can have a go at a host of hands-on activities at Stourbridge College's open day this weekend.
Taster sessions in everything from forensic science crime investigation and DNA testing to a mock airline cabin for travel and tourism students are on offer at the Hagley Road campus on Saturday January 20.
Students staffing a French cafe will promote the college's language courses, Firkins bakery will encourage students to think about careers in business and retail - and accounting experts from AAT, one of the world's leading membership organisations for accounting professionals, will be on hand to talk about qualifications and job opportunities.
The open day runs from 10am to 1pm.
